The Castlemilk audience, for years, has been a quiet and discerning crowd who love to listen and listen they did to Fairport's outstandingly, excellent musicianship. Looking extremely relaxed, Simon, Ric, Chris and Gerry impressed those who had not heard the band before with a range of songs and instrumentals from Fairport's forty year repertoire which delighted both fervent followers and newcomers alike. The sound on the night was impeccable and the verdict at the end of the night was in true Glasgow patios - "Brilliant".
